Vegas Wine News proudly dedicates the entirety of this edition to the amazing food, wine and cultural treasures of Italy. Specifically we will focus on Tuscany, probably the best known of all the regions of that fascinating country, which has contributed so much to our western culture. We will take a journey through Tuscany, visiting some of its most famous towns and cities, with emphasis on some of the most famous villages that produce Tuscan wines. A gallery of photos follows the travel article, which might help readers better relate to the places visited.
Our featured winery page deals with a visit to an iconic producer of the delicious Super Tuscan wines; a phrase that is used more here in the States than in Italy. The food page describes an easy to follow recipe for an Italian style meatloaf, and the wine review includes two sought after wines from the region. Lastly, our restaurant review takes us to a new Las Vegas eatery that features, you guessed it, Italian fare.
